Adrian, 11 Aug 2024$300 per night for a cabin is expensive, I realise weekend accomm is at a premium but that is over the top.

Hi Karma, thanks for providing us with your feedback. We are extremely sorry that you felt harassed. As a Park manager I have a duty of care for all guests. Yes I came into the amenities with another female staff member as another guest raised their concern that there was someone laying on the ground in a locked cubicle moaning for some time. As for the peeping, I presume that was other female guest checking to see if you were ok as its not normal to be in a cubicle laying down moaning! We want our parks to be a safe environment for all of our guests and we’re so sorry you didn’t experience this during your time with us. The reason you were evicted was explained to your partner Jade which I wont mention on line, but happy to discuss over a phone call or in person. We refunded the funds that we were actually entitled to keep but I gave back on good faith, unfortunately how long a refund takes depends on the bank. Tony Discovery Parks - Coolwaters, Yeppoon.
