Do keep in mind that we are contactable 24 hours via our after hours number which is posted at the front of reception and also on your Guest Information Booklet supplied at check in. Half the park staff live on site including myself so we are always around. I was personally on call that weekend and was kept very busy by large sporting teams who were none to respectful of the park or other guests including having parties until the wee hours, accessing the pool after hours, and even damaging the door to one of our cabins which had only just been replaced. The park is critically understaffed as are most businesses in the Pilbara and we appreciate your patience during these unprecedented times. Kind Regards, the Discovery Parks team.
