We’re disappointed to read you didn’t love your time with us in park and are really sorry it was due to our lack of WiFi, we will have a brand new optical fibre connection to resolve this issue installed in the next couple of weeks. We are not a hotel and therefore do not offer a daily turn down service with fresh towels, you will get a service every 7th day, however if you ask at reception for new towels we will supply them. We always attempt to provide an awesome holiday destination and apologise profusely that this wasn’t the case. Please know we’ve spoken with our management team about your comments, and someone will be in touch as soon as they’re able. Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback.
